I had a glass of water just the other day that tasted terrible.  Probably at some point in the last few million years, those water molecules got too close to a volcano or something and got burned.

Because it wasn't made to use in espresso machine boilers. Hot water dispensors need thermostats. Sake dispensors need thermostats. HOUSES have thermostats, but not these little boiler-mounted ones.

Sorry if you think I'm mocking you. Call me rude names if you like, but seriously. Think sometimes.

To replace a thermostat, remove the wires from the 98 degree one and remove it from the side of the boiler. Then install the lower temp one on the side of the boiler and connect the two wires. Either way, it doesn't matter, it's AC anyway, isn't it.
