The funny thing is, I "knew" that, but it's funny how reading about it doesn't have the impact that seeing the comparison right in front of you does. Two weeks of two shots every single day... then BOOM. Hahahaha. Talk about an in-your-face example!

The closest comparison I have: I was a fishing guide in Alaska for 9 years, and I used to tell folks to invest in a good reel, as the difference would show in a delicate fight. Someone would lose their line, I'd loan them a reel, and then they'd tail-hook a salmon. Seeing their eyes widen as they controlled the run without stressing the gear was the indicator they'd been converted. I can only imagine my own face, this morning, as I watched that first mouse-tail of espresso.
