I would probably go with the one with the large boiler and the 3 way. I am pretty sure the baby doesn't have a 3 way valve. The post I gave you will tell you why a large boiler is important. Not sure about the saeco. But if you don't have a good grinder you could spend 2000 on a machine and not get good espresso. What grinder do you have?
Buying advice: GRINDER GRINDER GRINDER. Don't cheap out on the grinder.

The Baby would be the better machine. Yes, the Baby does have a 3 way solenoid valve. You have to realize you will have to get a grinder to go with the baby. That would destroy your budget. The superauto has a built in grinder, though not a very good one.
My advice, save your money til you can buy a machine like the baby and an espresso capable grinder.
