Good Morning!

I am just wondering if anyone on here has any instruction on how to service your own Jura ena 5? I live in an area that service is not readily available so was looking to give it a service clean up myself.... Any input at all is greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance
Scott

Bumping this, I need to figure out how to get into my Jura Ena 3.  I have removed all the top screws and back logo button, but can't figure out how to remove the top/side panels which seem to be put together in some inter-locking way.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by servicing, but if you follow all the recommendation concerning maintenance that are described in the manual (e.g. descaling the machine, changing the filter, dismanteling and rinsing the cappuccino frother etc.), you'll probably do more cleaning than most owners, who let their superautos run to seed.

Well in my case it is stuck on 'Fill Beans' message even if the hopper is full.  From what I've read there are probably fine grounds stuck in the grinder exit that need to be cleaned out.
