Subject: Carimali Eco E Issues - Left head doesn't want to work

I've only been using this machine for about a month. I know very little about it as I do not have a user manual. It was purchased second hand from a local coffee roaster that also repairs machines.

For a while everything worked fine. Recently the left espresso head has decided to stop working, along with the hot water spigot. The spigot just spits out steam, it's like there's a break in the water line to that half of the machine. And the head has it's programming light flashing all the time, and it just doesn't work. I have noticed a leak under the machine but I can't trace it. Also, if I turn it off and back on, the light turns off for a second and the boiler kicks on, starts to build pressure, then the light turns on and it stops.

Here's a picture of the machine, I guess my question is if anyone knows if a manual is floating around somewhere or can help me troubleshoot this. Sorry if my description is vague, I'm not super savvy on all the terms yet. If you need more information or pictures or anything just let me know.

Thanks in advance.

it sounds like the water leak may have shorted out something electrical you really need to take that machine back to the place that sold it to you if it is only a month old in your care that is something that they should certainly take care of or at least give you a substantial discount on repairing good luck

Do you think an electrical issue would cause the little water spigot not to work? Sorry, once again I don't know the term for it. It just pumps out hot water. Because it's just blowing steam, that made me think it must not be getting water.
