i was wondering on the panarello wand if during the steaming of milk are you supposed to put the wand in so the milk just covers that pin hole near the top, or is that pin hole supposed to be just above the milk, or is that supposed to be submerged at a certain time during the process to help with the foam. so far i think ive had it above the milk and it has made foam fine but maybe thats not optimal & the pinhole is supposed to be submerged. thanks!!

Saeco Vienna plus, it seems to be pretty dependent on the size and depth of the milk container as to how well the foam comes out, I don't have a milk pitcher until Friday so I'm using various things.

it does pull off so you can clean it, most of the time the foam has been fine but the last couple times there hasnt really been any foam at all & i dunno what i wouldve done different than previously, one time i had a different measuring cup that was probably not deep enough but the next time i used the cup i had been using most of the time and no foam happened that time. maybe the next time it will go back to normal foam i dunno
