Hi Forum users,
I hope that you can assist, as this place seems to be a fantastic resource for the type of knowledge I am seeking. I am a Facilities Manager for a very large company based in Georgia, USA. In the executive suites we have a breakroom and in that breakroom is a Nuova Simonelli Microbar. This machine has large amounts of down time, and quite simply, cannot keep up with the volume in this area (100 drinks per day average).
We have had this machine repaired 12 times in the past 6 months alone, and it just went down again today. I am to the point looking at other options now.
I am seeking a machine that has the following:
Full automatic: Push button, wait, drink Budget: 10-15k drinks per day: 100-200 types of drinks: all support: we would want all options on the table, from a maintenance contract to deep support options including service calls, etc
I have looked at Cimbali as an alternate, seems like it may work?
thanks in advance for any help/advice you may have!

Maybe instead of buying try a lease/service contract where they have to provide a replacement if it breaks down. Super autos break down a lot and expensive to repair. You need to find out what service you can get in your area.
