I'm looking at two Rancilio machines that I've seen for sale. On the tag of one machine the model is a TECNA DE... The other machine States that it is a Tecna System/DE HTS2. What's the difference between the two? Are parts readily available for these? I've emailed Rancilio trying to get information to no avail. Thank you for your help!

Do a Google search for "Tecna DE site:rancilio.it". The first link is to a PDF document that describes the various models. It's in Italian which should get you in the right spirit for owning a Rancilio (seems like half their English technical documentation is just Italian words arranged into English sentences).
