Hi, I just got a vibiemme domobar piccolo (second hand). The machine looks really well taken care of. The pump, works, pressures goes up. But when I start extracting or pumping the manometer gauge goes nuts; it starts going up but then it starts vibrating; it jumps so fast I can't read the pressure. After I pull the lever up pressure does build up and after 5-10 seconds espresso starts coming out. But the espresso is bad: sour with really light 'crema'. Even after I leave the machine to heat up for 40 minutes. Can someone help me out with this. Is the machine broken or is it a learning curve thing: any tips about procedure. Is the gauge indicating a bigger problem with the machine? Do I need to replace the pump and the gauge? Could it be the boiler: do I need to adjust the temp or pressure???? One more thing: the domobar comes with two hoses attached to its pump. Do they both go into the water reservoir?
