I'll give you some advice here...
Don't futz around with buying a machine.
Get your company on a rental or lease agreement with a coffee services company. Some of these companies have ongoing subscription agreements which also include coffee supplies in with the machine.
They'll install a commercial grade super auto which will handle anything your company throws at it after they figure out what your needs are.
The upside is that the coffee services company will clean it, maintain it and service it. If it needs a repair, they'll take the machine back in their van and give you another one while the other one is being serviced.
It is no fuss, no muss and no worry. The best part about it is that the accountants can write it off as a business operating expense. If they are leasing the machine, it's not counted as an asset. If they end the lease, they can walk away from it, or buy it out and write it off on the taxes.

I like the idea of a lease, hadn't even thought of that! That definitely sounds like the best route to take. I'll call around and price out agreements (or post a new thread and let others do the work lol).
