Just to add to the flood of responses all pointing to the Faema Smart 2 group, that is a very good deal. If "The Guy That Services" these things says "It is in good shape", see if he will back that up with a one year warranty on parts and labour OR 2 years labour installing any parts it needs that you pay parts on. That will prove his opinion of it when you buy it from him on his reccomendation. In my opinion, that's too good a deal to pass up, even with only the 2 month warranty that he'll suggest until he is pressed. If "Guy" is going to be around to service that machine every few years when it needs something, and you or people working with you are able or even anxious to do the basic maintenance to keep that great commercial machine going, it's worth far more than the 2 or 3 Brevilles you'll go through in the next couple decades.
