I tried googling for portafilter types, but I can't seem to find something like this!
Is it possible to get a replacement I can just use immediately? I've seen some Krups replacement filters that also have 3 "prongs", but the shape of the prongs looks slightly different.

Get a used machine from a thrift store or craigslist. It will be cheaper than ordering from the company. You might get lucky and find a better machine while you are there. I have heard of gaggias at thrift stores. The only silvia I would get if I were you is a used one. They are not worth the price new. You can do better for the cost of a new silvia.
