I hear what sounds like someone who can't sing opera, pretending that they can.  It starts after the pump is turned on, once the pressure gets up high enough for it to start running through the portafilter.  Like a bad pump or motor.  Get it fixed. It won't just go away.

Stephen.. as an espresso machine tech, it would be great if you can tell Andrew Meo that this is NOT normal!! The rocket machines are nice machines but negative press can ruin a brand..

This machine has potential but Rocket has to stand behind it.

Did I miss something? Did the GM of Rocket tell somebody that this noise from this video was normal? This is pretty big news, can I have a link?

It is what it is.. I wouldnt call it bashing. All that is pertinent is that he said it was normal.

Actually the exact email is in one of my post on the other topic I think o page 38.
He said his home machine has that sound and it's normal.Lol
I sent him 2 links one with my machine and another with how it should sound. So maybe he needs hearing aid.

But it is what it is, you saying it and we are to believe it. You are publicly bashing a person based on what they say you say he said privately as if it is fact. I have no idea of the context of what was said or replied to and therefore must accept your statement as the facts. I have no idea why your statement about a GM has any particular bearing on Roberto's unfortunate situation, it does not help him, nor does it help the members at CG IMO
