This may be the wrong forum, but... Anybody has bought something from them? They don't seem totally on top of knowing their products (like they had no idea Illy collection cups were signed), and they also look like a redesigned www.espressocoffeeshop.com (same menus, ...). They do answer their 800 number, and I've exchanged emails with someone there, and I'm not sure what to think.

frcn – I am not sure aboutespresso.com and www.espressocoffeeshop.com are the same. They do have similar menus and stock but there appear to be some small differences. Either-way, I emailed them on Sunday and they haven't replied, (if they are that slow before a purchase I would hate to think what they would be like afterwards.)
I am based in Hong Kong and have tried a few local shops but haven’t found any quality grinders. I was interested in purchasing an Ascaso I-steel-1 from aboutespresso as it fit my budget at around US$350 (including shipping). But this model is much more expensive elsewhere. I have started to look at US/UK online retailers, but most options seem to be a bit above my budget and some companies won’t ship internationally or don’t offer warranties. The Rancilio Rocky seems to be widely available, but is overpriced for what you get in my opinion. I will do a bit research –it might be I need to save a bit more.
