Whoo-Hoo!! I turned the PStat up only about a quarter turn and in twenty minutes I had steam pouring out of the steam wand! Since this machine sat unused for about a year is it possible that the PStat could have been stuck somehow? When I turned the adjustment on the PStat it was very tight and then seemed to let go and then turned very easily. Or could turning the adjustment only a quarter turn on a Sirai make that much of a difference? Anyway, now to begin some trial and error on pulling shots :-)
