I think I'll do this as soon as you all get the videos, etc uploaded. I recall maybe Frank listing a parts list somewhere. I'll have to dig that up eventually.

Here's one thing I've run into. Its a story of how my $3 part cost me $50. I recently purchased a used Oscar and have been working on getting it hooked up. It is the direct connect version and the fittings are, of course, metric since it is built in Italy. Apparently the piece needed to convert from the metric fitting on the machine to my 1/4 inch water line is included when you purchase a new machine but I was not provided with this piece from the previous owner. No problem, I can simply call NS and order one up, right? The problem is that they require a minimum order of $25. Okay, the piece I need is only $3 so I get a bunch of spare group head gaskets for future use and arrive at $26. Then they tell me shipping is $24 dollars because UPS fees keep going up. Really?! To ship half a pound from Seattle to Rochester, MN now costs $24!! Let me say that the technical support guys I spoke with at NS were very nice and helpful but I'm hoping to never have to order direct from this company again.
