For your he record, this is a serious , cutting edge video. It came out a few years ago and I have been making my espresso this way ever since.
The secret thing they don't tell you is that to have it work properly you need to use the oldest and darkest coffee beans you find because you need the extra flavor to ballance the speed up the brew process.
Starbucks is the most widely available supplier and their coffee beans work well.
