Love my CC1 but started having issues with steaming, Bill and I trying to figure it out. Has to be the thermoblock failing. But what's odd is generally a thermoblock fails and that's it, either water/steam or no water/steam. Mine now steams but wet steam, and weak power, then just putters out but still makes that clicking pump sound (CC1 owners know what I mean, that umff umff umff sound from the pump when steaming). Yet if I use the steam arm for just hot water, that works fine.

Yeh descaled 2 times since last summer, monthly cleaning with cafiza and I always run the steam when doing that a bunch of times just so its not sitting not being used.
