thanks for this.  yeah that titan grinder project is pretty epic.

i was a little disappointed to see the rocky do so well, so i'm pretty curious to experience an upgraded grinder.

is this the same as a mazzer major you're talking about?  is there a way to grind for exactly 15 seconds (for example) with this thing without standing with a stopwatch?  One of the reasons i'm thinking about baratza is because of the vario-w - i'm very curious to see how much of a difference absolutely consistent weight dosing makes.
