Nice! You might want to get a small butcher block to put under your machine. It'll give you a little more height under the wand when you swing it off to the side for steaming.
can't recall the wand size off hand, though I used to know it. You should be able to browse the online parts stores and find tips that fit the Silvia wand. I never used a brush for the inside. I've always relied on using steam flush immediately after frothing, and intermittent soaking in wand cleaner. If you go with wand cleaner, I'd recommend finding a small spice jar of large test tube for your soaks, to save you on wasting cleanser...just use the same ratio they recommend on the bottle. The one I have says 15-30mL in 500mL warn water, but I cut it down to about 10% of that by using the smaller tube (I got mine from a small glass vanilla bean container).

I am ok with the counter hight using a 12oz pitcher. Once I get a 32 oz pitcher I will have to look for some sort of drawer to highten it. The Kyocera PFP works well with the Silvia. :) Been pulling some great shots lately. Black & white diffrence with shot taste and steam power compared to my EC155.
I'd highly recommend moving to a decent electric grinder in the future. This will save your arm and your time. More importantly, grinders like the Baratza Preciso, which I have, allow for a much wider range of grind precision - in this case 400 settings to be "precise". The Baratza Preciso has been rocking my espresso world for the last year. When you are ready to make the move, check them out!
