Hi, I'm a new member and actually was wondering something similar as the original poster of this thread.

Where does an individual go when they have trouble with a purchase of an espresso machine and the vendor isn't responding to problems with an espresso machine?

Also, is there a list of certified repair people for particular brands?

Is there a thread on this forum where people have evaluated their experiences with online sellers and stores?

Of course you can discuss your problem, best to start a new thread, but do you really need to mention the vendor at this point?

Just read the rules before you post and all will be well.

Yeah, sort of. There's been at least a couple of posts where people discussed service received from our favorite vendors, but I don't think there's one with people bitching about bad service. If you discuss your issues here, maybe you'll get some advice that's useful?
