I know what thats like. I sold my pid silvia to my sister and this fall had holidays with them on Van island. They brought the old silvia and i brought the grinder. It was painfull trying to steam milk. It would be very difficult going back to the silvia after being spoiled by a DB machine. I feel your pain.:)

When Oscar is misbehaving, out comes my Moka pot. My old SBDUs ended up as gifts to others months ago.
