The Symptoms: What seems to be working is that hot water comes out of wand in both hot and cold situations. And steam comes out of wand when steam button is in the on position. What is not working is that no water is coming out of brew head in both hot or cold situations. I ordered a new pump and installed it, but still no water is coming out of the brew head. I did take the brew head screen off, but still no luck. I even left the brew head screen off and attempted to run the machine, still no water from brew head.
Also, just this morning I noticed that the wand drips when machine is powered on with brew button is pressed. It drips in about 2 second intervals.

I am not too familiar with that machine, but it looks a lot like many, little valvolina machines. If you look at the group area where you have removed the showerface filter from, you will probably find a hollow, brass gland threaded into the middle, there. The inner surface of this piece is threaded to hold the screw that held that screen in place. If you unscrew this gland, you'll find that it compresses the spring that holds the valvolina (Little, rubber, spring loaded plug) in place. With the valvolina out, run the pump again to flush out whatever was clogging it. If it is gritty and calcified, decalcify it with vinegar or a proper Dezcal or any brand name. Clean and reassemble. If it can't run at all with the valvolina in place, then suspect the pump (I know you already replaced the pump, but the back-pressure created by the valvolina is nothing compared to the 12+ bar a new vibrator pump can overcome.

Thanks.. that worked!! To descale, I did not have any Dezcal, however I had some "flow clear" made by Goo Gone. Lots of white powdery stuff came out. One problem that I noticed is thru my wand, metal flakes come out. Funny, never noticed that before.
