Hi I have a Delonghi 6600 that worked great for about 5 months and without warning the beans are not being ground. The grinder spins and the beans flow, however they are not ground. The look to be almost cut into thirds. Should I take the machine apart for a simple fix or send it in for repair? I am in St. Louis MO where is the best place to have this repaired? Thanks for your advice.
