Does anyone know where the brew pressure regulator is on the Madea? I assume its similar for most Bezzera models. I am pulling shots at 12 bars and need to turn it down a tad. I had the top off and didn't see anything obvious. Thanks!

It is my understanding that it is normal for Bezzera machines with Vibration pumps to pull shots at 12 bars instead of 9 bars.

Unless you speak German, skip ahead to the 1 minute mark and watch Mr. Bezzera himself talk about it:

Is it right? I don't know.. Luca's rationale is that due to the lower flow rate and smaller volume that vibe pumps have, more
pressure is required to drive water through the coffee.

Garbage In, Garbage Out, for every step of the process. From Beans to grinder, grounds to machine, coffee to cup.
