Hey folks,
I'm in the market for a nice Single-Boiler or Single-Boiler + HX unit - planning to buy used unit to save some money. I've found an Expobar Office Lever on craigslist. Seller is willing to go down to $650 - 4 year old unit, always run filtered water and descaled, claims that it is pour over only (no auto fill). Is this a good price? Seems too high to me for a 4 yr old unit - what are your thoughts?
My other option is to get a new Isomac Venus but then I'm giving up the HXer. Or I could just hold out to see what else I find in the next month or two.

That's 50% of the price of a new one. I'd say, if the evidence is that it's had proper maintenance, that seems reasonable. Considered that a new Oscar goes for $1050 and used they're going for about $5-600 in good shape, sometimes a little more.
Don't know the Expobar machines especially well, so can't speak to overall reliability of the line and such.
