Love this machine but it's been nonstop hassles so may get a new one. For now, I have this problem in which the grind chute that sends the espresso down from the grinder won't retract upwards and can't figure out how to get it unstuck. the machine won't work without it retracting and the tray won't slide back in. Can anyone help?
Hello, It seems that we encounter the same problem (see video http://youtu.be/zFToqKlwnq8). I am testing a solution which consist of inserting an object between the water tank support and the brew unit to maintain it.
