nice setup (still jealous of that vario)! what coffee are you brewing? There's a place in your city called Victrola that's supposed to have pretty good espresso (didn't get a chance to stop by while I was there). interesting NS logo under the power button too. i've never seen that before. there's a similar thread like this over on home-baristas and the setups I've seen there are something to behold

Hi, good idea for a topic, that is why we have a threaad over 18 pages long here! "Espresso Shrines" You might want to add your info to that thread and let this thread die to keep all these pics in one place and to avoid confusion of where to look.

The superauto is gone and in its place is a DCM900 Drip Coffee Maker. I have tons of other stuff (like most of you) that gets used every now and then, but mostly its the DCM900, followed by my Clever, then my French Press (not in picture), then my lever La Pavoni. I have a Nicro stainless vacuum pot, aeropress, Zassenhaus hand grinder to name a few other things.

And with that in mind, here is a link to my Home Setup (Elektra T1, Mahlkönig K30 Vario, Baratza VARIO, although a Cafelat knockbox now replaces the Bumper one pictured); and here's a link to my Office Setup (La Valentina, Cimbali MaxHybrid, Arraex Caravel, and Bumper knockbox).

Roger that. To answer your questions real quick, Shooter, I'm brewing primarily light roast single origin beans from 3 J's down in Clackamas, OR. My absolute favorite is Tanzanian Peaberry.
The NS logo I had custom made for me this weekend by some guy making laser badges at a convention. My NS logo was half rubbed off when I bought this thing, so I paid $10 to have the metal one made and I think it looks almost like it belongs on the machine.

Is it possible for a mod to roll this into the existing "Espresso Shrines" thread so we lost the increasing hydra-headed set of posts this could become?
