It's when you flip the main switch. I've pulled the connections on the pump still trips. I'm inclined to think it might be the start capacitor, I do get a very quick flash of the green led then it trips. I don't hear the fill click. How can I check the start capacitor is it only by replacing? Would this be slightly intermittent i.e. it tripped on timer but let me pull one before dying completely.
As for bad breaker struggling to completely rule this one out not exactly the smallest machine to move. I'm inclined to think it isn't, as the breaker works fine and it's not tripping the circuit one but the main one, it's been on the breaker for nearly a year no trouble.

I'll go over each of the components but I'm guessing with the start capacitor so early on, I'm going to rule things out until this. So far done led's, pump and heater, over the next couple of days I'll try and rule out a few other bits like switches and solenoids.

Many thanks people tracked it down it was a faulty hot water solenoid. In case it helps others we disconnected it from the main circuit board to track it down.
