I think my machine does not work, or at least the brew boiler does not work.
After 20 mins warm up, there is steam and hot water (there are very hot); but still cold water come out from brew group, using lever. and PID display always the same: brew boiler temp <60oC.
Andrew from Rocket has called me this afternoon, and i will keep updated.
I'm not talking about the plastic reservoir. I'm talking about the inside boilers. You need to start the machine and open the steam valve and wait for some water to get out. But if you did that then something is wrong.
When you pull a shot is it hot?
Do you have a thermometer to warm your milk? You could use this to get an idea are hot it is.
You think it's the PID that show a wrong temperature or it's just not working?
On mine the temp increase and i can see the evolution on the PID.
