I think my machine does not work, or at least the brew boiler does not work.
After 20 mins warm up, there is steam and hot water (there are very hot); but still cold water come out from brew group, using lever. and PID display always the same: brew boiler temp <60oC.

When you pull a shot is it hot?
Do you have a thermometer to warm your milk? You could use this to get an idea are hot it is.
You think it's the PID that show a wrong temperature or it's just not working?
On mine the temp increase and i can see the evolution on the PID.
