Indeed, the situation here in Romania in different. Here the minimum wage is 150euros and a barista would not get more than 300euros/month while an espresso would cost 2 euros. So we would do ok with the 50-70espressos/day for starters. As for the video I can only hope we get to that level in a year. Given the quality of coffee our market has to offer I am optimistic. Again, thanks for all your input, we will definitely check the Faema Enova Compact S1 and the Nuova Simonelli Appia.
It is expected that in any restaurant business, the first six months are the toughest and usually is when the business will go bankrupt. If you can make it past that and grow the business at a steady rate, you've got it made.
I'm glad I was able to offer _some_ relevant advice anyway.
