Hi All,
I just bought a new Bezzera Mitica with a Rota pump last month. I am very happy for the machine its making very good espresso and steaming is very easy.
For one month the brew pressure has been steady at 9.1 bar but yesterday the pressure fell to 8.9 bar and now when I insert the blind portafilter and back flush the pressure is still only 8.9 bar. When I got the machine and did a back flush the pressure was around 10 bar. Should I worry about that? The manual states that when then pressure is below 9 bar you should call a technician. I am living in the Czech Rep and have no Bezzera dealers here? The espresso is still very good with 8.9 bar, am I just to worried about my new baby (my first machine)?.
