So I've got a Saeco SIN006/Barista and after learning the tricks of surfing the thermostat to get dry steam, Ive been getting good microfoam almost effortlessly each time. However, this morning I tried to make three lattes in a row instead of my usual two, and by the time it go to the third, the quality of the steam seemed way to hot and I got lots of big, wet bubbles. Am I missing something here? The milk seemed to heat up much more quickly and I wasn't able to easily surf the milk at all. I'm thinking it's a heat issue?
