I have noticed while looking for a new machine I would say over 75% of the photos on Silvia V2's or V1's have this red dot on the group head. It seems to be just right of center. When I saw the first one I had thought maybe someone had to mark a stop point for the PF? Now i am noticing it on a lot more Silvia's that I am looking at. Can someone clue me in on why this is there or am I seeing stuff? Attached is only one of the dots I am talking about. (Click for larger image)

The red dot indicates the approximate location of the portafilter handle when it's locked in for brewing.
