I have just joined the forum as a newbie. love coffee - both espresso and brewed varieties.
I have a Kenwood Cafe Retro that seems to have blocked filter from which the water comes out. I have descaled the machine 3 times with strong descaled and cleaned the filter from outside as much as I can. The water heats up fine but when I switch on the pump, only one or two sprays of wat come ot of the filter - the rest seem to have been clogged. I tried to unscrew the screw seems to have a strange head - with two holes instead of abnormal screw driver head.
