Kees van der Westen's new machine, the Spirit, features "This machine boosts (sic) multiple boilers, PID on each boiler, pre-heated water towards front coffee boilers, every boiler can be switched on or off separately, progressive pre-infusion cylinders, lever activated steam valves, individual pressure gauges on each boiler." (Should be "boasts," I believe.)
Also, I think that Dalla Corte -- both with the multiple group Evolution and their new DC-Pro -- offers machines with more than two boilers . . . .

... pretty much all the Synessos (Synessi?) claim independent brew boilers, which the baristi I've spoken to appreciate - can tune temperature independently for your house espresso blend and your guest espresso blend.
