After the dredge drawer indicator says full I empty the drawer and then reinsert it but it still say full. I have to giggle with it and finally it will reset. I dread seeing the full indicator!

You need to keep it out for a certain amount of time so the counter resets (while the unit is powered on). Or, you need a new internal microswitch or a new draw or both. In the latter, it is best to contact Saeco directly.
