I have an issue with my Saeco Aroma since the day of purchase. The crema was never the strong point...I have to prime and warm up the machine lots of time to get a "decent" shot. At the same time i have an old espresso machine (previous model of Saeco Aroma Nero) that produces thick crema without previous extending priming or warming.
I have uploaded a video of the water flow without the grouphead because i think this is the issue. The machine is descaled and the shower screen is clean.
I think that the flow instead of a spray distribution is weak (not enough pressure) and the water channels in 2 main streams that flow like a water tap...
Could you check your Saeco Aroma Nero (latest model) to see if the flow is the same without the grouphead?
I have taken it twice to the technicians of Saeco as it is under warranty but they dont seem to find any issue..
