Working on a busy wekend market out of the back of a small car, I'd probably choose the Contempo 2 group automatic machine. Once you've dialed in your grinder, with its volumentric brewing you don't have to pay attention to the amount of espresso in the cup, because the machine takes care of that. That way you can serve other customers or take orders, for example, during extraction. The Contempo has a hot water tap, which allows you to make tea or americanos as well.
You still need to pay attention, of course, because the settings can change. But IMHO the automatic will be more convenient for you.
What grinder are you planing to get?

+1 for production work and likewise I would want grinder with timer and doser.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

The grinder doesn't have to be of the same brand as the machine. You shouldn't skimp on it.
Are you planing to serve just one kind of coffee or several, e.g. decaf? In that case I'd go for a hands-free grinder with two hoppers and a timer like the Mahlkönig K30 Twin. However, like John said a doser might also come in handy.
