I would choose the Baratza Preciso over the Rocky. The Rocky will give you about two choices for grind setting for espresso. The click that works best and one other click that nearly works. The fine adjustment on the Preciso and lower price (maybe not in the UK though...?) makes it the better choice.

When it comes to grinding for espresso with the Rocky it's not uncommon to get stuck in between two steps for perfect extraction, because its steps can sometimes be too wide.
Therefore +1 in favour of the Preciso.

FWIW: I love my Virtuoso Preciso!
440 repeatable grind settings is amazing.
I keep a notecard with my baseline settings by my grinder, so I can quickly and easily get between Clever dripper, Moka, Silvia, press pot. Whatever I feel like having at the moment.
It's small, quiet (honestly I think its quieter than my hario hand grinder :P) and I have had no problems with static or anything like that. As far as service, mine came with a still usable cracked hopper, I called to complain and got a replacement hopper in a couple days (and a second hopper a few days later, I'll hold on to that guy just in case)

I have had both, I sold the Rocky on e-bay because, although it did a decent job of grinding for Espresso, it was exceptionally messy. My Preciso does a better job, is neat and clean, and skips easily between Espresso and pour over, and back to Espresso (OK, sometimes one sink shot when I go back to Espresso...) I also have a MACAP M4 and can't tell much difference between the Preciso and the MACAP.
In the end, they will both do a creditable job, but I would definitely go with the Preciso.
