Subject: why has my water temp. dropped in my pasquini livia 90?

Recently my livia 90 started dispensing water for espresso at a much lower temp. the guage reads about 1 bar pressure like always but the shot is way cooler. I made a rough measurement and came up with about 130 degrees Fahrenheit. any ideas on what the problem might be?
 thank you
