Saw this advertised here and was wondering why I can't find it on any US web sites. Looks like a nice little unit and I've read good reviews on the LeLit but I really like the fact that it has PID'd already. Anybody have any info on it? http://www.idrinkcoffee.com/
We have worked with the manufacturer to design 'ours' the 1st-line way. We hope to have them by end of November, but right now, it is still vaporware for us in the USA. We will update our web site once we have more information.

Arrived today. Amazing feature set for the money. Steam wand? short yes, but still works nicely with a more shallow pitcher. Have never ground fresh coffee, tamped, and made a shot this successfully in the last 3 years with my gaggia classic. Beautiful deep rich crema on the very first attempt! Such a wonderful thing. Machine looks and operates fantastic and the follks at idrinkcoffee have really proven to have amazing customer service and professionalism...and no, I dont work for them:) Was skeptical to buy from an out of the country retailer but I'm now glad I did. Thinking about a super nice semi-auto like the (overpriced) sylvia, get this machine now!! Adam in Dallas

In my biased yet humble opinion, this doesn't compare well to the Quick Mill Silvano which isn't much more expensive. For the extra $100 you get a lot more metal, a separate thermoblock steamer, and an OPV... and that OPV kicks in a lot to save the day! While the non-PID Lelit might seem somewhat reasonable at $500, the extra $200 for a PID seems overkill. If you're comparing it to a PID'ed Silvia, then yeah, it looks OK, but people are rightly calling out the Silvia for being overpriced. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that there's a lot of profit in the PIDed Lelit.

I paid about $630US to my door for the Lelit. Thats aobut what a new v3 siliva will run, and certainly not what a quick mill will run ($800). Dollar for dollar, this machine is one of the best values on the market today based on my vast research and (fairly limited) experience. The PID combined with the pressure guage do a fantastic job letting you fine tune the shot without an excessive amount of trial and error. Clearly there will be pros and cons and opinions on both sides, I just wanted to share my personal recommendation for the unit:)
