I am guessing there would be, silly question i know, but sice i am i the market to buy a new tamper and my options have widend in choices, i just want to know a little bit more before i fork out the money.

I have recently found that the Staub method has cured my tamping ills (with a flat RB tamper), and was wondering if this c-flat rippled design is for a single tamp only?  Is this some version of the fabled "CG tamper"?

It takes an average of 42 beans to make a shot.  Douglas Adams wrote in the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, that 42 is the meaning of life...coincidence?

Did you buy direct, or through a reseller?  Checked out their site, and they charge $20 for shipping!  Would love to get one, and willing to pay for it, but I hate paying inflated shipping charges.  I haven't found a reseller that will do custom sizes (measured my baskets and will probably go with 58.3mm).

I bought through Espresso Parts NW and they have no shipping charges for shipments over  (I think) $50 - shipped to the USA.
