Subject: problem with jura E55

Hi there,

My Jura E55 has been acting strange as of this morning. The coffee is coming out the wrong end. Its all ending up in the grounds container instead of coming out the nozzle. I have tried everything, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Its already been a day without coffee now....:-(

any help at all is welcome.

Kind regards,
Mol_air

If you are getting water/coffee in the grounds container it will need to go to a service agent. If you are just getting coffee grounds without liquid in the drain container this will usually indicate a blocked (drain) valve which can often be rectified by using a cleaning tablet.
