The first is a view of the bottle pulled out and hosed, the 2nd is the whole setup with bottle behind the Tea (really poor picture -sorry), the 3rd is a shot of one of the clamps that is used to lift the cup warming tray and the 4th is a good shot of the bottle with tubes.
My model is obviously outdated, it doesn't have the holes. Chris sold off the stock of the previous importer; then had Isomac make a few good mods, the plumbing holes must be one (the other is the more accessible pressurestat, of which I'm very envious).
There is no hole underneath the drip tray on my machine.
The pressurestat location does sound like a bummer on your machine. I assume you have to take the 6 screws out of the cover to access the pressurestat?
Now, regarding the holes, I would think it would be really easy to simply drill holes for pluming and/or draining, if you wanted it. Then again, I've never tried to drill through stainless steel and it may not be very easy.
Drilling through stainless in no big deal. Try a titanium nitride drill bit, they are particularly good on stainless steel. Drill a small pilot hole to get the hole started in the right spot, then another hole that's the desired size for the tubing.
