Subject: Ascaso Dream Machine - Where can I get spare parts?

I apologize if this has been asked and answered before but I couldn't find any post.
The headlines says it about all: I am the owner of an Ascaso Dream and would like to know where I can order spare parts (such as filter baskets, extra portafilters and the like).
The Ascaso unfortunately uses a very proprietary portafilter diameter (57mm). I have emailed espressoparts.com, but they don't distribute Ascaso espresso machines. All the other sites that I've searched didn't have them either. It is a great beginner's machine but has its disacvantages as there is no ready supply with parts.
Is there any store in North America or do I have to order through the factory?

Thanks,
Wolfgang

Thanks Stefano! I just called them up. The factory has given them wrong serial numbers for lots of parts and that has apparently led to confusion as in the wrong parts sent out to customers. They've halted their complete Ascaso parts sale for the next two to three months they said. During this time they will reorganize and number each part so that they can send out the correct parts to customers. Sigh!

Hey, I came across this while looking on google.  I think www.seattlecoffeegear.com has ascaso parts.

I had a similar issue as pumpkinscastle, except I want to do naked brewing on an Ascaso.  Does anyone know where I can get a naked protafilter and a triple basket that will fit that weird 57mm brew group?  Thanks in advance.

so - i need a non-pod filter holder for my ascaso dream, but first line has been 're-organizing' for 3 months now and i can't find any parts listed on seattlecoffeegear.com.  any other ideas?  great machine, and pods actually work quite well, but i really want to test my barista skills!  :-)
