Subject: Expobar Office Lever not pumping during pull

I just received the Office Lever, and it seems to be running out of water mid-shot. 1 oz of water leaves the portafilter spout, then no more. The only way to get it to continue sending water, is to open the hot water valve to get the water pump to activate.

I'm using the internal water reservoir. After a few shots, there's no more water left at all, and I must open the hot water valve to get the Office Lever to fill its boiler. Simply using the lever to pull shots doesn't activate the water pump.

Any fixes?

As it turns out, I wan't lifting the lever all the way up to activate the pump.

Glad to hear it's working right.  It's a great machine.
