Posted Sat Dec 29, 2007, 2:17pm Subject: Water pump woes
I have an Expobar Elegance 2 group machine. Recently it has been making a very loud vibrating sound when the water pump is running. I checked to make sure that the pump was getting water, and it is. So I now assume that the pump needs to be replaced. The problem is that we are located about 100 miles from the nearest tech that can service our machine, and that means $150 just to come to the shop and "diagnose" the problem! So my questions are: 1) has anyone here replaced a water pump, 2) is this a repair that I can do on my own, and 3) where on-line can I go to find parts and a manual?
