I am looking at a Brugnetti Simona Top (http://www.coffeegeek.com/reviews/commercial/simona) of one of my friends, who said it wasn't working. It seems to be working fine except that the machine will produce a low pitched beep while it is pumping during a shot. It's not the low water level warning for the reservoir as that works just fine and produces a higher pitched beep (and stops the pump). Temps and pressure are fine.
It is the automatic (volumetric) version.
Can anyone advise me as to what the low pitched warning beep is trying to indicate?
